Who can apply?
Creators 16 years old and above!

How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors are guaranteed a high-def PDF of the zine and digital merch. Should the zine go physical, contributors may receive a physical copy of the zine and merch based on profits/sales!
Will this zine include spoilers?
Creators are allowed to include spoilers.
Will the zine allow AUs?
AUs are allowed as long as works adhere to the schooldays theme.
Will the zine allow ships?
WHA Academy is a gen zine and will not allow portrayal of romantic relationships.
How many contributors are you planning to include?
We are considering to include 30 artists and writers (subject to change)

GUIDELINES
Page Artist Guidelines
Submit 3 of your best samples, along with a portfolio featuring at least 10 pieces. The samples may be part of the portfolio if you feel they are strong enough!
Portfolios may be submitted as Social Media link/ Google Drive/ Carrd/ Artstation etc. but social media links must be free of clutter (for Twitter links, can be a moment).
At least one piece must have complicated background.
Only include completed works in your portfolio (no sketches/wips).
WHA Samples are preferred but not required.
Writer Guidelines
Submit 3 of your best samples, no longer than 3K words each. At least one sample must be a completed piece.
Your portfolio must include at least 5 pieces (may be submitted as AO3/Google Drive etc.)
At least one (1) WHA sample is required.
General Guidelines/Reminders
All samples must be original. Traces and colorings will result in disqualification. NSFW will not be allowed in the portfolios as this is a SFW project.
Make sure your links are accessible! The mod team will not chase after submissions with faulty links. Tip: check if your google drive links are working by opening them in incognito.
You may edit your application until the end of application period. This can be done through the form auto-sent to your email or by reopening the application link and clicking edit response.
We will comb through all submissions after the application period.
